We offer sustainable, print-to-order services to avoid unnecessary overproduction, and use sustainable printing processes.

We offer high quality, 100% cotton t-shirts and hoodies (we only have a few cotton blend products currently), with unique designs and funny sayings for the after hours, printed with Direct to Garment (DTG) processes, which print eco-friendly, water-based inks directly onto fabric. It is ideal for vibrantly colored designs and intricate graphics, and provides a soft feel as the ink is absorbed into the fabric.

Production

Accepted Answer

Our supplier begins production within 4 hours of ordering, and completes it in an estimated 1-2 days.

We use Direct to Garment (DTG) processes, which print eco-friendly, water-based inks directly onto fabric. It is ideal for vibrantly colored designs and intricate graphics, and provides a soft feel as the ink is absorbed into the fabric.

Shipping

Accepted Answer

We ship from our USA fulfillment center whenever possible, but certain items are only available from our international fulfillment centers.
Production: Production begins within hours and takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs and speeds vary based on delivery location, and whether we can fulfill at our USA or our International fulfillment center. However, we charge a flat shipping rate based on quantity of items in your order, many times eating part of the shipping cost ourselves.

Question 4

Returns

Accepted Answer

Because our items are printed-to-order for sustainability, we cannot accept returns for items the customer has changed their mind about, or that the customer has chosen the wrong size for. We urge you to refer to the size charts for each item.

We must abide by our supplier's return policy. For misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items:
Please reach out to us at theafterslife@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We have to reach out to our supplier within 7 days of you receiving your order, so the sooner the better!
Keep the original packaging to ship in, if your return is accepted!
Include in the email:
Your order number;
Photos, where relevant, of the issues.

What can't be returned:
Deliberately damaged items;
Items past 7 days from the date of receipt;
Items accurately printed that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want;
Items that are not the correct size, due to our sustainable print-to-order methods (please refer to size charts when ordering);
Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery, due to misinformation provided, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
