We ship from our USA fulfillment center whenever possible, but certain items are only available from our International fulfillment centers.

Production: Production takes 1-5 business days.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees differ by speed, package weight, location, and carrier.
Returns
Return Policy
We must abide by our supplier's return policy. For misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items, please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order. We have to reach out to our supplier within 7 days of you receiving your order, so the sooner the better!

Keep the original packaging to ship in, if your return is accepted!

What happens next?

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.

If your return/refund request is confirmed, you will be able to return the items to our supplier in their original packaging.

Our supplier will not accept unconfirmed returns.
Returned items

All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Tapstitch does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

Because our supplier does not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. In the case of accepted returns for defective items at fault of our supplier, reach out to us and we will provide you with a discount for a future order for the return shipping cost paid. We will need proof of the amount paid.
Refund
If your refund request is confirmed, our supplier will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in.
What can be returned?
Because our items are printed-to-order for sustainability, we cannot accept returns for items the customer has changed their mind about, or that the customer has chosen the wrong size for. We highly recommend paying attention to the size charts for each item.
What can't be returned?

Deliberately damaged items;

Items past 7 days from the date of receipt;

Items accurately printed that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want;

Items that are not the correct size, due to our sustainable print-to-order methods (please refer to size charts when ordering);

Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery, due to misinformation provided, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund before my order arrives?

Please reach out within 4 hours of ordering for the possibility of canceling pre-production.

Orders that have yet to enter production can be canceled in their entirety.

Orders that have entered production but have yet to be posted can have their shipping canceled and the shipping fee refunded.

Can I get a refund if my order is not shipped on time?

We aim to complete the production of small-volume orders within 3-7 working days and to ship items no later than the 8th working day (calculated from the date the order is paid for).

If you have not received any logistics or shipping information by the end of the 7th day, we will refund you a maximum of 10% of your original commodity price as compensation.*

*In the scenarios above, this refund is not applicable if the shipment is delayed due to relevant changes on the customer side (design modification, additional design requirements, wrong address, etc.). Our supplier is the arbiter of what relevant changes are.

How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?
